Airtel — Poor customer care at arc and call center | |||||
I have recently ported my number [protected] from airtel delhi to airtel Mumbai. Since my porting of number into Airtel Mumbai I am suffering like any thing. Firstly the ARC at Thakur Village (Rapid Televentures) had issued the wrong MNP sim as a result my number was not working for 3 days...when they gave me the new sim it worked for 5 days. After that SMS services was barred.. The SMS issue was resolved after 5 days. For 5 days the number was working fine but again number was barred coz of documentation issue... its been 2 days now my number is barred and still not activated even after submitting the docs... Can I get some help...as the the customer care and the Airtel store is of no help as they simply vomit the script they are given... Was this information helpful? | |||||
