Airtel — Poor customer care service and the worst teams ever... bill scam ... poor network | |
We are also Been harassed by these customer care... the bill got generated even after we disconnected the broadband... And the airtel one plan is a scam... we were told that airtel offers 2 sims, 1 broadband and a free landline... in one bill of about 1500/- but we got different Bills for two phones and broadbands and the amount surpassed 1500... we got somewhere about 2000/-... and the mobile network is so bad that we cant even call... an sms takes 5 mins to send... mobile stays in 2g... and In Roaming... so we had no contact when outside... so when we disconnected it... the sim got ported successfully... but the broadband cancellation request took so much time... like first they disconnected the service and we payed for the month o[censored]se before disconnection but one person calls us and keeps pestering us to pay the bill for the month after the disconnection... EVEN THOUGH WE DID NOT USE AS ITS DISCONNECTED... he sends us one link and says pay through that link as the system got disconnected... now I'd not know if it's the airtel fault or it's the team's fault... we have one other broadband in our office for about 6 - 7 years we had no problems at all... it's now that airtel has bad coordination in teams... Also the customer care service is very hard to reach... it's too complicated Was this information helpful? | |
