[Resolved]  Airtel — poor customer services and deduction of balance without pre notice

Hi... have received a very poor service from Airtel. They have deducted my balance without prior notice on account of 3G services (which is most pathetic right now). When I called up the helpline number...It took me 15 minutes to be connected with the customer representative (I dont know why they hide this option as if it is a treasure and on top of it those freaking offers... i just hate them.. wasted my 15 minutes..listening to that ...)... but phone disconnected... (Again best call dropping services from Airtel)... and i dont have the courage to get through that for another 15 minutes.. Worst services of all times... My number is [protected]... Best regards for not providing quality services... I am highly satisfied with the poor services...
