Airtel — Poor Customers management and delay of installation | |
I face very very bad response from your service provider, I asked for new broadband connection and airtel staff call me and inform about plans after the I ask for connection availablity in my place, they promise me they have service in my place. After that assurance installation was done with in 24hrs then only I paid my bill, after payment finished, airtel staff told me on the same day they will install my internet service, but nothing happening, next day I called no responds not even pick up my call also, so I created compliant in 121 service then airtel 121 call center staff told me they will install within 24 hrs, still nothing happening, next day again I call airtel sales staff still not pick up my call, after that I call 121 then they informed me again installation will be done in 24hrs. Now day 3 still installation was not done and they removed my compliant in my account also still sales staff not pick up my phone This was very poor response from your side your sales staff suppose to tell me exactly when they going to install before I paid my bills, after payment after several times call after 3 days waiting still installation was not done. I thought airtel was have good coustomer service, but they way your staff treat me is totally unprofessional This is way airtel treat your customers. I really disappointed in your service.
