Airtel — Poor & Improper Service even after paying Charges

Two weeks back I applied for a Broadband Internet Connection online and had called customer care requesting for urgent connection as some important work was getting delayed. The respresentative said that it will happen next day but there was no communication after that. After several mails and followups, the documents were collected and I was told that within next three days the connection will happen. Its almost two weeks since I paid the money and there is a poor response from Airtels Customer care team. A very poor and improper service.

I am also facing same problem. I have follow up on status, they are not even calling us to tell the status.
