Airtel — poor internet postpaid service

Hi,

Am edwin, recently this jan 2018 i ported my aircel number to airtel ([protected]) upon a telecallers offer from airtel, the plan offered to me was rs : 299, 20 gb 4g data, unlimited local and std calls with 100 sms per day and i had to pay rs 300 as deposit which will be credit for my bills, sounded good i took the plan, the call and sms services worked fine but the internet was pathetic i was not even able to browse webpages smoothly in the name of 4g speed. I called customer care told them the reason for my call they explained my about my plan saying its a 399 plan, then i told them the plan offered to me and i subscribed was for 299, however they said there is a discount of 100 for those who port from aircel, regarding the internet issue they gave me few settings and asked me to reboot the phone and check but the issue still persist the internet speed near my residence was hardly 200kbps, called up airtel again they said we will raise a ticket and you will get a call in 48 hours but no calls even after 3 days, i call back again and this time they sent a tech who visited near my place and checked the internet speed inside and outside my house and as per him the speed was very very low even to browse the webpages, hence he said he will report the same to the network team and they will get back to me, so i waited and the next day i get a call from the network team and they said they will upgrade the tower due to low signal in the area.

I waited for almost a month and still no improvement so i called back and told them i wanted to port back to a different network since the issue is still not resolved and the primary reason i took this network was for their reputation on internet speed, the response was i cannot port unless its 3 months old and to resolve the issue they must upgrade the tower, to that i asked when is this gonna be fixed they said we don't know, i asked then what am i paying for, i don't get the service i need but still should i pay for it? The tech gave me a escalation point and i emailed them, they got back to me saying until the issue is resolved you will only have to pay 50% of the bill amount to which i agreed and they credited rs : 116 on my first bill, am still waiting for the issue to be resolved by then second bill comes up to rs : 242 and the amount that was credited rs 116 was debited without my knowledge, i called back airtel the guy who answered my call was not able to answer my questions and disconnects the call, here's another bill 354 this time...

Airtel, answer my questions here.
Why is my issue still not resolved?
What happened to my deposit money of rs : 300?
What happened to the money that was credited to my account after the discount offered on my first bill that is rs : 116?
Why there is no 50% reduction not done on my 2nd and 3rd bill, which you promised to do until my issue is not resolved?
