Airtel — Poor network and frequent call drop

I am extremely disappointed with Airtel’s network service. I have been facing frequent network issues and repeated call drops, which are seriously affecting my ability to make and receive calls.

I have already raised this issue multiple times and escalated it to the Appellate Authority, but despite repeated complaints, there has been no effective or lasting resolution.

This is no longer an occasional issue—it is a persistent network problem. I request Airtel to investigate the coverage/network quality in my area and take immediate corrective action rather than simply closing complaints without resolving the underlying issue.

Please treat this as a serious service complaint and provide a clear explanation and permanent resolution.
