Airtel — poor network and unable to hear. voice breaks. call does not reach.

Dear sir/mam,

I have been complaining about network issues inside and ouside of my home. But instead of resolving the issue airtel network team call me daily to check.

Please suggest any solution to this persisting issue. We are not able to reach the members at home.
