[Resolved] Airtel — Poor network availability | |||||
I am a aitel user for the past 1 and a half years. i am facing the problem with the service for the past so many months. i am fed up of making calls to them. 1. The customer service people do not speak english even if we select the language ENGLISH. 2. They cut the complaint calls without any notice while i am on call. 3.They once withdrew my money off my account which was refunded after making several calls . 4. None of the promises made are followed. 5.Having internet connectivity problem for longer. made complaint over airtel website. They promised to call me and its been 2 months and still i have not received the call. 6. Today (5.2.2017) the signal where not stable and kept getting cut when i was in most need of it.
