Airtel — poor network connection - providing 2g and 3g instead of 4g - multiple drops | |||
Airtel advertises that it has 4g connection everywhere, however in the hub of bangalore, whitefield, it could not provide a continuous 4g connection. Despite multiple complaints and repeated reminders the customer care executives indicate that the complaint is on hold and it is escalated. While making the complaint i told them, within one month if it is not resolved, i would not make bill payment and would disconnect the service. I have disconnected the service after one month as the issue was not resolved. Now they are chasing and pressurizing me to pay the pending bills which is causing me severe mental agony.
