Airtel — poor network in my area

I am using airtel from past 8 years my number is [protected] and having two more airtel connection in my family. I updated my sim to 4g sim from past 8-9 months and facing network issues. Mobile network keep on changing every minute from 4g to 3g then to 2g.. Not even 3g speed is coming.. Worst network. As airtel tower is just 100 meter away from my location but still facing worst network in my whole area.. Problem is signal are strong in other direction of tower but not on my direction area..
