[Resolved] Airtel — Poor response and service[protected] | |||
My Airtel Digital TV has not been working for the past couple of weeks and I had raised a complaint on December 17th with SR#57284689. They assured that it would be resolved in 24 hours. Since it was not done, I called them back again (their 1800 number was not working in CHN) and was told that it would be resolved on 12/21 (Wednesday) When it was not resolved, called them back again on Thursday. They confirmed that it would be resolved by EOD on Thursday or max by 24 hours ie., Friday afternoon. Since it was not resolved, I reached out again and sought help to terminate the service. They assured for a call back however since I did not receive a call back. Called them back again on Friday afternoon. This time, they told that I would receive a call back at 3 pm. Since I did not get a call back at 3, called them again. Now, I was told that it would be resolved in 2 hours. Since I did not get a call back in 2 hours also, (now it is anybody's guess that a call back is a distant dream), I tried reaching however could not. Not sure if they are deliberately not allowing me to talk with the supervisors. since this will not be resolved, I just need the process of terminating my subscription with Airtel DTH so that I can move on. I am constantly told that this is because of Cyclone Varadah however I want to insist that my dish is intact and i had problems twice and the engineers fixed it before however not this time. Perhaps, is it because I told that I wont pay for the same complaint??????? Can someone please help!!! Was this information helpful? | |||
