Airtel — poor service in airtel office shimla
I am very disappointed from your service in airtel office.
I am unable to use my internet since 4 days and i visited the office the mall shimla the representative told me that my number is not tagged for volte service and after that i visited the store 4 times since two days. And next day in morning i received a call from store about feedback the representative ask me why to give 5 marks for the store services.
The office have many issues like server issue, connectivity,
Electricity etc. After that whem my number was tagged then they say that primary number was also not tagged to that service it was to disappointed to me that i have pay 664 per month for my postpaid number and i am unable to use the internet services.

I request you to do the needful and if your executive are unable to resolve my issue today only than i requested you to port my number or if the issue is genuine than please extend my valadity of the plan.
