[Resolved] Airtel — Poor service, Not responding to complaints | |||||
I registered complaint regarding Not able to recharge online. They told me It will get rectified in 24hrs. After 3 days, again I complained and this time they told it will get resolved by 2 PM 17 Jan 2017. Again I reached out to Karnataka nodal. After reaching out to nodal team, It's been 2 days. I have not got any response so I had no other option left other than mailing Appellate Authority. They called me 3 days back and now there is no response from there side also.
