[Resolved]  Airtel — poor service of airtel mobile postpaid

My airtel no is [protected], i have always complaint regarding excess bill of airtel mobile. Before last month, my bill plain was of rs199 and my add on no rs 99/- and unlimited calling these two numbers, even they were charging for these two internal calling. So i selected to port and they offered me rs 399/- and give 50 discount means 349/- and 199 for my add on number plus gst and in this plan, they offers unlimited calls and 50gb data every month for 6 months. So they assured me that my bill will be 646/- including gst which must be fixed every month. But now again this month my bill is 1192/- no isd calls and balance gb was there. So how should come 1192/-. When i sent message for port, their executive called me and try to convince me, and said that it is technical problem, so you should send mail to airtel. But i already irritated their services and denied to do this. I want to tell that airtel is cheating genuine customers by post paid bill. Please take action against them

Before posting complaint here, company’s Executive tried to convince me and was ready to waive of 300 against 476 which was charged for Internet on my add on number. Now today on 31st May, company executive called up (mob no. that‭+91 78997 99614‬)and said that in previous bill plans even single bill of two no., data benefits not applicable to add on number and can’t waive of any amount. I told her that before this data benefit applicable for both numbers and how can you charge to only this month. Every time airtel company giving different reasons for charging extra amount, and right now I don’t have anymore patience and time to bear with this company, it’s unfair charges and poor service. I want fair bill to repay and discontinue with the Airtel.

I want to deactivate service of Airtel but continue my same number. Fake company, cheating genuine customers. I won’t pay extra unnecessary charges and want fair bill for payment to pay. After that I will discontinue with Airtel.

My complaint still has not been resolved. Airtel company has realised unfair bill. As per their statement, they are saying that they have charged 476 for excess usage of internet on my add on number [protected], but if they have carried forward the balance data of previous month because now my mobile data is around 73 GB and as per plan they are giving 50 GB pet month that means 23 GB of previous month carried forward in the new plan which it was changed on 3rd May, 2019. So how can they charged extra 476 for internet usage. And now this compitition world, no mobile company charges heavy amount like the Airtel company is charging. I want fair bill of last month, so that I can pay it and deactivate with Airtel and move to another telecom company with same number.
