Dear sir,
Telephone number [protected] was installed at y 505 roseland residency pune during may 2013,
Four years back. I have had made more than 30 complaints to rectify the phone but the system
Does not work. I confirm that no incoming or outgoing calls were made as yet.
Also there had been many complaints on the broadband internet. The first being the slow system,
Sometimes not working and showing error. Many complaints were reported and the issues resolved after
Follow up.
Another issue is that of payment sometimes the invoice is of rs 746 and other times rs 846 and i have to
Call the call centre to resolve.
I had gone to abroad during early april 2017 and notify airtel. On return there were pending bills @ rs846
And the same were resolved and paid up on 31 may 2017.
On 31 may 2017 someone called and advised that i requested for disconnection on 22 may 2017 by email
And i advised that it was not true. But the internet was not working and i lodged a complaint and it was visited
By a technician who without touching anything advised that i should change the modem. I advised him that
He needs to check and test the modem atleast. He recorded problem resolved. I complained again as the
System was not working and advised that i am a ex defence officer, nri and operate an international business
From home and i am 67 years old and unable to walk to a cyber cafe in the heat. I was advised that it would be
Resolved by 1 pm on 02 jun 2017 as it was escalated to the highest level. But there was no response. I called up
At 1 40 pm and requested for early resolution as i was loosing business and stressed out. I spoke to abhishak shukla
The supervisor. I went again to a cyber cafe and came back and there was no response.
Today morning i called up again around 7 am and requested for early attending of the complaint. But the call was
Disconnected. I called up again around 7 1 5 am and was told that i had requested for disconnection of the line on
22 may 2017 and the line is disconnected. He put me to his senior vishan who advised that on my request abishak shukla
At 1 58 pm on 02 jun 2017 recorded that my line be disconnected. This was grossly wrong as all along i had been requesting
For better services and never told about disconnection neither by email on 22 may and nor on 02 jun 2017 to
Abhishak shukla. They need to verify the records. Anyhow vishan advised that he has put a request to reactivate
The line and advised that a technician would attend to my line today.
I have had paid all the bills generated for last 04 years although the services were not only poor were not provided
Including telephone. They have had purposely disconnected my line as i have had compliant ed. Due to this my business
Has suffered and i am personally stressed out and this has affected my health as well.
I request that..
1 the internet and telephone services be restored immediately
2 i be paid a compensation of rs 5 lacs for 1. The poor services.2. Zero telephone services 3 wasting my time on complaints and follow ups
3 for my mental agony
