Dear sir/madam,
I am having an airtel customer having customer ID [protected]-001 & 002. I have chosen a "Gujarat Value Sports 6M pack." It includes 118 channels @ ₹191 per month. The charges of 6 months have been paid upfront. It's validity is upto 01.03.2022.
The game of deceiving the customer begins now.
a) The channels which are viewed frequently and are part of the chosen pack are stopped abruptly. In this case channel no.126 (SAB TV), 413(Zee Zest) are part of the pack wherein 138 (Epic Tv) selected as add on.
b) FTA channel Al Jazeera is also not viewable.
c) When customer care is approached for solution of the problem. It is insisted to customer to pay visit charges by technician which is not at all required.
As the team of support at your end who can add or remove a particular channel from customers pack by a missed call or an SMS than what necessitate them to send a technician to solve an issue of non visible channels stopped from control center.
Furthermore, I would request Airtel DTH to discontinue my second connection I.e. [protected]-002 with immediate effect.
Hope that my above submission of complaint will be taken seriously and acted upon immediately.
