[Resolved] Airtel — Poor signal strength & poor customer support for my postpaid no. S [protected] & [protected] | |||
I am getting poor signal at my home & office, both are in Ghorpadi Gaon area, Pune. There are call drops, our no. s become unreachable & very poor signal strength hence even 4G runs at less than 1 kbps many a times. Problem has been acute since lat 2 - 3 months. I tried all the methods suggested by Customer Service guy and they always act up as if there is a problem with my phone or SIM... which is definitely not the case as many Airtel users in my area & society are compalining. If the issue is not resolved within 7 days by sending a technician I have no choice but to switch over. Thanks. Nitin Kanade Was this information helpful? | |||
