Airtel — poor very poor very very very poor signal

I am not able to to use the data, the speed is really very slow, sometimes i am not able to recieve calls this is happening for a specific area, new ashok nagar, new delhi 110096
I have tried contacting your customer cared, tried to make complaints, however no one is willing to help me, it is really frustrating for me as i am paying for the services which i am not getting and i am using airtel since 2008. My number is [protected]
