I have migrated my airtel postpaid to prepaid account and since the migration i haven’t been able to make any calls and i’m greeted with the message of sim under grace period.
I have already done a recharge of inr 448 and got the confirmation also of the same however your executives are not able to track any recharge and so is your app. I believe there is some errors in your system and the customer cannot suffer for so long due to it.
I’d like this problem to be resolved quickly since i haven’t been able to use the telecommunications for more than 48 hours and your executives are absolutely useless and providing no help whatsoever.
