Airtel — port issue sms not received | |||
I have a complaint to airtel customer care regarding my contact number [protected]. This number attached to my other number ([protected]). After call to airtel cc. I separated this number. He told me after 1 month you can port your number. After this when i was gone to airtel store near me gtb nagar, a female executive told me that in the store sim is not available at this time for postpaid to prepaid, you have a check after 2 days. Again went there after 2-3 days they told the same sim is not available due to covid19 it will take time 10- 15 days. And after went there again they told me the same. After that my health was not in good condition. I have to the operation of stone in the kidney on 15 aug. I was on bed rest for 22 days. Due to this, i have to left my job also. Now airtel ce called me for payment. How it is possible sir when i did not use that number and it was not my fault if your store hasn't sim. I am not able to pay 1400/- amount as per airtel ce told me for 3 months pending bill. I will pay only 1month as per my plan. I requested to you kindly give the right solution.
