Airtel — port our request pending since 20 days.. requested twice

I have requested to port my num from airtel rajasthan to airtel maharashtra. First time i went to airtel store was on 29/11/2018. I kept on calling customer care, they said it was in process. After 15 days code expieed and nunber was not ported. Again went to airtel store, yhey had no idea about the request failure and again submitted the documents and eequest was again processed. Today its been a month and customer care says that the code expires in 15 daya whereas i have aready procesed the sec complain with new code.. Bill has also been generated on thia number which is not working since i hav put a porring request

Our mobile no [protected] connection of Airtel but company has been servicing Stop without reason balance in my mobile
As per contract our balance is unlimited time why should company Stop as per try can't stop of service

On 12/12/2018 my mobile balance which is nearly Rs30 got deducted when i contact customer care they where telling mobile setting problem which is not acceptable
