Airtel — port request cancelled by airtel | |||
Hi, I have created a port request in airtel to change to other network and customer care person called me to enquire about the issue then ask to contact the nodal officer, i didn't ask them to cancel my port request but airtel cancelled my port request without any reason. This is like they are compelling customers to use airtel and i am paying my money don't i have right to choose my network? Their customer care didn't know the reason why they cancel the port request.
