[Resolved] Airtel — Port Request not processed | |||
I applied port in request in airtel through online for my number [protected] in chennai. A person collected 300rs amount(cannot provide receipt) and aadhar card number with finger print authentication at 7th Jan 2017. On 18th Jan 2017, got a call from airtel unable to port your number please contact the person who collect the details from you. I tried nearly 20 times to reach the person he didn't pick the cal. I raised complaints throughout Airtel customer care service nearly 5 times and post a comment in Facebook Page. They told we raise a complaint and get back with in 24 hrs. But I can't receive any Airtel customer care with solution. A costumer officer told Apply once again and pay another 300rs. My question is "How much amount i want to pay new connection in Airtel?". As per my online request airtel has given me a 4g sim for my existing 2g sim. i have sent the required sms .the customer care has replied on 16.01.2017 that my request has been received and the new sim will be shortly activated. the old sim is deactvated. so far my mobile no [protected] has not been activated. my alternate mobile no is [protected].

Brodband has been non functuonal since the past 24 hours.
Complained yesterday and wass assured service before 11am. No repair services were recieved further upon asking about our service request status, no responce had been recieved .
Very unprofessional behahaviour .
