[Resolved] Airtel — Port Request not processed
I applied port in request in airtel through online for my number [protected] in chennai. A person collected 300rs amount(cannot provide receipt) and aadhar card number with finger print authentication at 7th Jan 2017. On 18th Jan 2017, got a call from airtel unable to port your number please contact the person who collect the details from you. I tried nearly 20 times to reach the person he didn't pick the cal. I raised complaints throughout Airtel customer care service nearly 5 times and post a comment in Facebook Page. They told we raise a complaint and get back with in 24 hrs. But I can't receive any Airtel customer care with solution. A costumer officer told Apply once again and pay another 300rs. My question is "How much amount i want to pay new connection in Airtel?". Many fraud activities going on airtel. Airtel service is very very worst customer service.
