Airtel — ported my sim into their network by saying lies. | |||
I contacted airtel retail office about the signal capacity in dharmavaram (Specific area), they said that everything is fine, so i decided to port and i proceeded with it. Today morning my port got activated and i am done with all the procedural activities. But now there is no signal in the specified specific area, contacted the respective personal they said that we are not responsible and we cant do anything for the issue. The responsible person in their prospective is the person who sold the sim card. Infact that person is retailer for the said network. So now i want justice since they sold the sim card by saying so many lies. Was this information helpful? | |||
