Airtel — ported sim network issue | |
Sir, i requested to port my no. Into airtel, as per the message i recieved it should get ported into airtel on 11/02. But, even after inserting the sim, their is no network showing. Because of it l, i am not even able to call 59059 or to do anything. Now my both the sims are not working. Neither the old one nor the new. I just want to know up-to when i'll be able to use my number in a proper manner. As it is creating a lot of problems for me Was this information helpful? | |

I am facing to much problem in my area all r facing the same issue plse i request to reslove mg network issue in mg area

I recharged my sim on 6 Feb with ₹399 but the process failed and I was told that the money will be credited to my airtel wallet. But still the money is not credited. Also it's not allowing me to send my airtel wallet money to bank.
The airtel help and support option in the app is also not responding.
