Airtel — ported sim network issue

Sir, i requested to port my no. Into airtel, as per the message i recieved it should get ported into airtel on 11/02. But, even after inserting the sim, their is no network showing. Because of it l, i am not even able to call 59059 or to do anything. Now my both the sims are not working. Neither the old one nor the new. I just want to know up-to when i'll be able to use my number in a proper manner. As it is creating a lot of problems for me
