Airtel — Porting and unable to activate the Sim card

Address:Bellandur Gate, Bangalore

I have ported the post paid plan from Vodafone to Airtel on 3rd January 2022 at a Airtel provider located at Bellandur gate, Bangalore.

I have mentioned clearly on my requirements and my roaming requirements; however, they never mentioned on the requirement of calling 59059 from India itself, after porting.

The sim was working and got message that porting will be done on 11th January 2022, and I have already moved to UAE for work requirements.

I replaced the sim and now can not connect to the network due to the restriction that I have to make the call to 59059 from India

This resulted in the situation that I cannot use the sim and additionally I will have to pay the monthly bills also.

Please help and advise the Airtel that their service provider shall be disclosing such requirements to the customer
