Airtel — Porting My sim from Airtel to JIO

My Name is Manish Kumar, and i have requested for port from Airtel to JIO and Jio representative came and initiated this request and from Airtel they have not allowing to port. AS per Jio representative confirmation he said your request has been cancelled form Airtel Side,

So, now i wanted to do please, take action against the Airtel Why They are pressurizing to stay and stick with Airtel.
