[Resolved] Airtel — Porting request | |||
Dear Sir\mam I am writting this mail due to the problem those i 've faced with airtel actually i 've port my tata indicom prepaid number [protected] on 3rd september 2016 into airtel prepaid number but the issue is that i 've received all the messages from trai regarding all the documentation, processing all have completed and the porting time was 10/9/16 at 10 pm according to trai but my old sim was not active and i did not get a network on my new sim and called so many times on airtel customer care but they did not told me a particular response so please take a strict action.
