Airtel — Post recharge data balance not updated and activated

As of my subject line you may know I am an Airtel Prepaid customer, I had just expired today (29July 2020 at 5:39PM)my regular pack (Rs.558 which provides 3GB internet per day ) . To continue my services I did a new recharge of Rs.558 at 6:48 PM (Transaction I'd[protected], to get my new data i.e, 3GB per day . But it wasn't updated and it was still showing still zero (0GB). I am unable to contact Airtel Customer Care service to get my 3gb data of the day .

In addition to this, after sometime. I did a recharge of Rs.19 at 9:45 P.M (Transaction Id[protected], validity 30th JULY, 2020) to check the previous internet pack status but still my 3gb daily data was not reflecting. Please solve the issue as soon as possible.
