Airtel — postpaid airtel connection not getting disconnected even after several calls and visits to the airtel store | |||||
Hi, I have reached out to airtel support to deactivate my connection several times, but they are not disconnecting the service, instead they tell me that a senior executive will need to discuss the reason for disconnecting the number and will call you within 24 hours and nobody calls back. This has happened more than five times and i have been getting the bills every month. When i go to the airtel store they tell me that it can be done over the call only and they are not authorized to deactivate a connection. I have been hopelessly paying the bills for past 6 months.
