Airtel — Postpaid bill deducted without ECS activation

I had set credit limit as Rs. 500/- but I received bill amount as Rs. 659.57, so I have not paid my bill amount, I have also verified with customer support but didn't received clear information on that. But they have deducted bill amount via ECS (I am not sure how they did it) but I have activated ECS mode for Airtel broadband, I think using that they would deducted. I am chasing them for the post one week but could not get any resolution and so posting the complaints here. So please do not opt for ECS mode of payments then you wont have payment control with you.

My Airtel NO: [protected], my alternative number to reach out is: [protected].

In the post 10 days I am facing issue with Airtel, spoke to so many customer support but no use of it. Every time i reach out different support persons and all the time i need to explain whole story from starting then i will end up with the same response. Note that I have never opted ECS at any point of time for Postpaid bills, it has been confirmed with Card holder Bank but I receive same reply from all your customer support is "without your request can not activate ECS" which is really frustrating.

Is customer support is for clear customer queries OR just answer something and close the thread?????

Every I felt this kind of worst situation with Airtel. I have been using this number more than 7 years but i now end up with closing this connection and moved to some other network. I will never opt for Postpaid connection any more in my future, such a worst behavior from Airtel and it is hectic.

I have been informed that I will receive call from closing department before they close my connection but sadly I have not received any call and the connection has been closed with out closing my issue :[protected]

So I am not in a mood to start it once again from the beginning with you, please see all my threads from the beginning in your records and just do refund of the UN-authendicated transaction that you have done otherwise I will fill cyber crime on Airtel and I dont have any other option if you fail to refund.
