[Resolved] Airtel — PostPaid bill Discrepancy | |||
I am using alive net cug 499 combo plan which has 1.5GB of 3G data free.Since I was reaching maximum capacity of data plan I used to activate smart buys provided by Airtel.I got a call from Airtel stating that u can avail 2GB of 3G data by paying 450Rs extra. I agreed to it.So according to me as of now I should have 3.5 GB of 3G data. But once I got bill I saw that I had only 2 GB of data was free and previous 1.5GB of data has been deactivated.And they state that I had only 1GB 3G data free for 499 plan(PFA for proof). So unnecessarily Airtel is charging me 450+taxes just for 0.5GB of extra data.I escalated this issue but they refunded me 1000 but the plan was continued for next month too and again I need to pay unnecessary charges.And they were able to clarify my issue after 20days.
