Hello,
I am using a corporate postpaid connection called "my plan corp value 199 cug 6 ab - nat", wherin we get to various packs, which consists of 4g/3g internet, local mobile calls, std mobile calls, roaming calls, national sms, uk/us canada calls.
So when i took up this postpaid plan of rs 199/- i was given option of 6 packs, so at that time i had chosen 5 packs of 3g internet and 1 pack of local mobile calls. I was using these packs till the 12th of may.
On the 12th of may i decided to change my packs options. So i decided to choose 2 packs of local mobile calls and 4 packs of national sms. I also have the confirmation messages for these services being activated.
For your information, my monthly bills always comes up around rs285/- to rs 325/- based on usage. However today i was shocked to see the bill amount of rs. 1592.95/-.
So i visited the airtel store and they told me that i have activated some blackberry plan of rs 1, 099/- which is absolutely wrong.
I have not requested for this above mentioned blackberry plan and neither did i receive any confirmation sms for it, as i did in the case of my changing the packs.
Therefore i would request you to please look into this matter and also refer to the recording of telephonic conversation between me and the agent in which i very clearly remember not requesting for this blackberry rs 1, 099/- plan.
The desired resolution i want from this scenario is that i will not pay for whatever which i have not requested for and not used and also for your information i do not possess a blackberry phone either.
There is an option wherein the telecom company can check in which phone the internet data is used. So you can cross verify with that as well.
I would request you to resolve this issue as soon as possible because this number is my primary number and airtel will very quickly block outgoing calls if a payment is not made. So i hope you would do the needful at the earliest possible.
