[Resolved] Airtel — Postpaid billing for my number | |||
Hi My number is [protected]. My number is deactivated due to billing amount of 5000. Yesterday i got call from airtel to my alternative contact number and she told to me if i pay 2000 (She gave 3000 discount) the number will be activate and no need to pay remaining amount. I immediately pay 2000. Today i call back her about sim activation, now she is telling i had to pay remaining amount otherwise He will not activate my number. Then why she told like that yesterday.
