Airtel — Postpaid billing issues

I'm using airtel for more than 5 years. In 2015 i changed it to postpaid. On June 2015 i requested airtel executive to add a particular number for free which is called ADDON PACK at 99 but they didn't do it. Because of their negligence i paid extra for about 7 months 8. On January 2016 i found that the number was not added and I’m charged Rs.99 for the pack and also i have charged for the calls i have made to the particular number. From Jan 2016 i made a complaint in customer care and then on Nodal officer and finally to Appellate Authority. This Nodel team gave me an amount of 165+ taxes; i never ask for the money of their choice I’m asking the money which i was charged wrongly and paid for it. Then comes Appellate Authority people, these people are very smart they accepted their negligence for that they will make a waiver for 3 months charge first and then it came to 1000+ taxes. They accept their mistake but they are not ready to pay the actual amount. At last they disconnected my outgoings. I clearly mentioned them in call and mail that only if they finish the issues I’ll pay my bill. When i call customer care for outgoing issues they came to know my issues even after that they are asking me to pay part amount of bill. These people never concern for customer they all need money. I never asked for their money I’m asking my money which i paid and going to pay. Because of their negligence they will give me 3 months waver and i should bear rest 4 months for using their service.

On feb 25 2016, 400 amount got credited and also received a message that billing issues resolved. This is very disgusting. These people people think that the customer are longing for company money. I'm tired of complaining to Air tel Appellate team. Twice my outgoing got disconnected, i clearly mentioned that i'll pay my dues only after they resolve the problem.

1.I need my 7 months waver
2.Twice my outgoing got disconnected they should respond for the inconvenience caused to me
3.Everyday i get a call from many people from airtel but issues was not cleared. Need clear explanation.
4.When i make a first call every day in the morning recorded voice irritates and i think even that calls was charged. Need clarification
5.They thing customer not even worth for a paisa, when they file a complaint these people give some amount so that they can hide the mistakes done by them
6.Amount credited 165+taxes make me as I’m longing for their money. This issue makes my self-respect down.
7.The people whomever talked with me regarding this issue should send me official mail stating they won't make this sort of mistake next time to any customer.
8.I never want single paisa from them but they should pay for their negligence and they should a sum of 20k to any non-profit organization without any tax benefits. This is for the inconvenience caused to me they should pay to any non-profit organization.
