[Resolved] Airtel — Postpaid Customer Support | |||||
I have paid the bill and it was error in the back end it got transferred to old account, I am following up with customer care for 3 weeks to get it resolved without success. Now my outgoing calls are barred. Worst and pathetic support. After 3 weeks they gave Nodal office for Karnataka who is not responding calls, I believe they are sleeping. I recommend never for airtel connection loads of problems billing, call drop signal issue no 3G speed. Was this information helpful? | |||||
