Airtel Postpaid Data Card — Airtel datacard post paid connection not terminated but asking to pay bill | |||
My airtel datacard number is : [protected] My dongle was broken for more than 6 months and hence was not able to use it.I asked the customer care to disconnect my airtel services to them on phone.They are keeping it active and each month sending me bills to pay and how can i pay for something which i have never used and cannot be used.Just because they want money they are asking to pay bills and not terminating the service. Airtel is the worst service i have ever used and the worst customer care service. Please get me this problem solved as each day they call and torture me to pay around 3000.They even use harsh words which is not even hearable. Was this information helpful? | |||
