[Resolved] Airtel Postpaid — fake postpaid plan commitment | |||
Airtel executive named soumya provide me fake details of a postpaid plan before three month and his senior executive made a confirmation call of my plan.I gave 250 rs and took my new sim .i was using aitel from last 6 years and they did such kind of thing.i am mentioning the offered plan by her: Std min:525 min local:200 min one Airtel 2 airtel free: without any cost 500mb net local calls rate:30 A2A, 40 for others std calls rate:50 /m sms: 50p roaming: 75/m all incoming/outgoing and what i was getting is: std:300min local:300min no number is free its payable of cost 99 250 net local calls:50p/m and std:60/m sms: 1rs or 1.50 rs roaming : 75 incoming, 1 or 1.50 outgoing. And the number is : [protected](which turn to prepaid to postpaid) From start date to till date i am continuously compiling to airtel customer care, senior executive but nobody doing anything on this matter.pnly they want me to pay all bill as per their provided plan.At the starting when 3-4 times i were complaining them for my plan they stopped my number for full week and said number is active from our side dont know what is the problem.when i call to soumaya and said why you are giving me such fake plan then she said you can complain i dont care that mean she know if i will complain no body will take action against her. Now airtel customer care are facing problem when i am not paying the payment.i got 10-12 calls and all time i explain the problem and want a bill according to the plan which offers me they said ok we will do that.but again i got call from another cc and still i have to repeat all the story.they are sending me final reminder i don't know why they are solving customers problem.At the staring i called them more than 20 times they didn't take action against that executive girl who sold me that plan and always cut my call i have many complaints number through phone and i made complaint through mail also but still they are saying its own problem .i don't know how many people suffering same problem i think this is the business to sell the plan .After that only customer will suffer they can make payment in their way. I have lost my phone before 1 month and called them and give my number don't know why still they are calling to my friends/relative to submit the payment.they are not able to solve my problem or they don't want to solve .every time they are calling me again i have to repeat the whole story .At the last i am writing here because i don't think they can do something regarding my problem.
