Airtel Postpaid — fraudulent billing | |||
I've been a mobile customer of airtel for the last 8 months. 2 months back i changed the plan to a higher value package. Everything went fine till u got a whopping bill, 2 times the value of the package. When i called customer care, they are not bothered to look into the problem other than saying that it is correct and to pay for the entire bill. When details are asked they just say that the bill is right and to pay asap. This is literally arm twisting the customer into payment. Highly unethical and disappointing!
