Airtel — postpaid internet | |||||
We paid our prepaid mobile bill through my airtel app yesterday and later we received a message saying that the bill has been cancelled. The message included a link saying to retry. After retrying we received a message saying successfully transactions done and it also said the money will be credited to acc in 48hrs. Amount was deducted twice and still the internet isn't working. Everytime online payment not works. and at my airtel store i said them to change my plan to lower plan they said they will but they have not changed and finally i ma charged at due date for my bigger plan only. i wasted my money
