Airtel — Postpaid internet connection - dongle | |||||
Hi Team, from past two months i am suffering with Internet connection, network coverage issues, raised two complaints on the same. but no body responded to my complaints. all those complaints got closed on their own. Billing team called me to pay the bills, and when i explained the same situation. surprise to hear just they are asking to to check with technical team but no body responding to my calls. why i need to pay the bill if i am not utilizing services, need justification on the same. All the advertisement are only to view not in practically nothing to happened. don't know how such a BIG Company, Bharathi airtel team working with out co-ordination among each other.
