Airtel — Postpaid mobile bill adding extra charges or adding fake calls charges

I am using airtel postpaid no [protected]. From last 5 to 6 months I am getting airtel adjusting so many fake call charges either by extra charges and making a high amount bill in each months. Just I am attaching here snapshots of few no details, you can see there so many calls happen only for 30s 15s 20s respectively. If you want to compete bill details then I can share you the bill also.I don't understand who will make a call only for 15s 20s only many times continuously on same number. Either they are providing a very poor network facility so that call going to drop just ater few sec only again and again, So why a customer will pay a single rupees for the failure call.

It's really very difficult to manage with Airtel services. Just I have to pay few days ago of 3648/- Rs bill only for two months. but there after without any due they areadding 100 rs charges for late payment and adding so may fake calls again only for 20s 10s, 15s.

Several times I have already request to customer care of Airtel to chake properly but they are not considering my request and also not provide me any satisfaction with suitable answer. They have only redymade answer like sorry sir we have no access, this is not possible from my side, this is the automatic service we can't do anything etc.

I request here please escalate this case on higher priority against Airtel So that they never do such kind of miss behaviour with any customer. and also evaluate my actual bill only so that I can pay properly and feel relax. Just few days ago I have pay 3650 Rs and again I have a bill of 1650/- Rs only for one months and this is unbelievable.

Still I am not getting any response from Airtel Side, it's going on one week to escalate this case, but there are no any revert

This going on three week but still no any action going on from Airtel side. Can I expect any update from your side?

This issue yet not resolved. Even Airtel never reply or call to me for such issue. Even day by days issues are growing but there is no any accountability from Airtel but they need bil payment on time.
