Airtel — postpaid network issue and upgrade work | |||||
HI Team, I have raised complaint against airtel to the customer care about my postpaid number [protected] like we were not able to use the proper network speed and told them network in the area is not working and it is giving me only less than 1 mbps speed. They had replied me after checking the backend that in my area nw upgrade work is going on so you have to wait till june or july eom to get the proper speed s to use.I had asked for the Waiver of the bill they had done it for the months I had faced the issue and till now am getting the bills for the same price and the nw issue is not fixed. Now adays they are keep on saying you have to make the payment .They are always asking only about the payment but instead they are not giving good service to the customers or fixing the issue in my area.
