[Resolved] Airtel — Postpaid number not activated | |||
Hi sir, I have requested for name transfer of my airtel number from my sisters name to my name in airtel showroom on 10rd jun. I have submitted the id proof and aadhar proof. Hence the airtel showroom executive gave me a new sim with my same number. After two days old sim got deactivated. As per process, with the new sim i have to call 59059, but when i tried i could not make a call. I am not able to call any other network. I have tried making a complaint from my alternate to [protected]. I dint get the satisfiable answer. Its been 7 days, still my number not activated. Please activate it asap.
