Airtel — postpaid payment debited twice and still not credited back | |||
After a string of emails being sent back and forth full of questions and false promises i still haven't got the amount that they falsely credited twice. It's been a month since all this happened. A payment was made on 25th sept and the amount from my credit card was again debited on 30th sept. When called i was informed to send an email to [protected]@airtel.com. It's 22.10.2017 today and i haven't still received my money back and they have generated the bill for this month. The audacity! Was this information helpful? | |||
