[Resolved] Airtel — Postpaid service not reactivate | |||||
My name is avishek singh consumer for airtel postpaid number [protected] since 2012 and hopefully a good customer. However, since 24th february 2017 till 27th of april 2017, i was not using my services as i my phone was lost while going to bangkok and when i returned i found my phone at the airport and meanwhile airtel was still billing me. I requested airtel to let me pay what i owed and remove the charges which weren't used by me. Despite of me paying the amount asked by the collection agency and was promised that my services will be reactivated but now when i call them they deny doing it. And when i checked the bills, they have all sorts of charges which i never subscribed for. Was this information helpful? | |||||
