Airtel — postpaid sim is not porting/closing to prepaid and taking postpaid bill charges | |||||
Dear sir, initially i used airtel postpaid sim, but due to bad network in my village i go to airtel store beed to close the postpaid sim, but they are not took my request for 2 months, after that i complaint the same to their upper store officer and they took my request and told me to pay previous bill. However 2 month before they didnot took my request to close the postpaid sim due to unavailability of their store services and for the same they generated the bill amount. After that i paid the amount and till now they did not closed/ported my sim to prepaid. They waste our time and money to reach their offices every time for document submission and sim close.
