[Resolved] Airtel — Postpaid sim not activated after porting [protected] | |||||
I ported my airtel postpaid connection from Chennai to Pune. I raised a porting request twice already. I have already collected new sim card and submitted the documents and also received sms saying the documents are verified and the request will be processed soon. But when I call customer care, they say the port request has expired. Now I have lost my old sim and the new sim is not activated which is causing me lot of trouble.
