Airtel — postpaid sim pair activation | |||||
Hi, I have been using postpaid connection over 15 yrs. On[protected] my sim got failure, i have contacted air-tel store near s2 perambur, chennai. They have replace new sim and they told within 4- hours it will activated. But, again they changed another sim on[protected] and told same things. My sim didn't get activated over 5 days. I have call to 198 and raise a complaint till now problem has not clear. My interaction id [protected] Very very worst services in airtel, they didn't know how to activate sim also poor customer care in airtel store in perambur... Was this information helpful? | |||||
